Lymia is a leveled English story-reading app. We care about your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is and is not collected. Lymia does not require an account or sign-in, and does not collect personally identifying information.
Your saved words, reading progress, day streak, XP, chosen level, and settings are stored only on your device (in local storage, SQLite and MMKV). There is no account and this data is never sent to our servers; we do not operate a user-data server. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
When you tap a word, translation happens entirely on your device using Google's ML Kit on-device translation. The words you look up and the translations are not collected or transmitted by us.
Stories, audio and cover images are fetched read-only from a public content delivery network (jsDelivr). These are simple downloads of public files; no personal or usage data is sent in the process.
Lymia is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your consent choices, AdMob may collect:
On iOS you are asked for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you do not grant permission (or do not consent where a consent form is shown), you will see non-personalized ads and the app works fully. Ads never appear on the reading screen.
AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's policies: Google Advertising / How Google uses information and the Google Privacy Policy.
Lymia does not run first-party analytics and does not send your in-app activity to any analytics service.
Lymia is a general-audience learning app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the ads shown, please contact us and we will act accordingly. Ad content is delivered by Google AdMob under its own policies.
Because your personal data stays on your device, we do not retain it on any server. On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Advertising data handled by Google is retained under Google's policies.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The effective date above will change when we do.

Lymia genel kitleye yönelik bir öğrenme uygulamasıdır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Gösterilen reklamlar aracılığıyla bir çocuğun bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize ulaşın, gereğini yaparız. Reklam içerikleri Google AdMob tarafından kendi politikaları kapsamında sunulur.
Kişisel verileriniz cihazınızda kaldığı için bunları hiçbir sunucuda saklamıyoruz. Cihazdaki veriler, siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar durur. Google tarafından işlenen reklam verileri Google'ın politikalarına göre saklanır.
Uygulama geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi değişir.
